    - Art Director responsible for Illustration and Concept Art for tabletop miniatures games. Managed outside artists to create concept art and finished illustrations for multiple game lines.

    - Created art direction briefs and guided artists through the process of creating finished artwork that adhered to Privateer Press’ strict standards.

    - Developed and expanded on several award winning Intellectual Properties such as:

    Warmachine, Hordes, Scrappers and Monsterpocalypse.

    - Worked closely with Miniatures Director to ensure that concept designs were feasible to be produced in a variety of materials.

    - Instrumental in developing new Intellectual Properties and maintaining visual direction for them.
